What materials are the busts made from?

Our busts are 3D printed using high quality PLA (a strong, plant based plastic commonly used in 3D printing). They are available in white (unpainted) using naturally white PLA, or finished in a bronze effect, which is hand sprayed, weathered for detail, and then fully sealed for protection.

Will my item look exactly like the product images?

Product images are a close representation of the finished piece, but small variations can occur from item to item. Each bust is produced and finished individually, so slight differences in detail and finish are normal.

Do you offer custom busts?

Yes, we offer a create your own option where you can upload a photo of the person you would like to turn into a 3D printed bust. We use your image as the reference to produce a personalised piece, which is then 3D printed and delivered to your door.

How long does it take to make my order?

All of our items are made to order. We aim to have your bust produced and ready for shipping within 2 to 3 working days.

How is my order packaged?

As standard, all busts are carefully placed in a luxury velvet drawstring bag and shipped in a sturdy, secure shipping box. We also offer a premium, foam-lined presentation box upgrade option, perfect if you are purchasing your bust as a gift.

What is your returns policy?

Our busts are made to order, so we are unable to accept returns once an item has been produced. That said, if you are not completely happy with your order, please get in touch with us and we will always do our best to help and find a suitable resolution.

How do I look after my bust?

Our busts are designed for indoor display only. To keep yours looking its best, simply wipe with a dry cloth when needed. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat sources, and keep it away from water or high humidity.
